Personal Data includes any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural . person; Buyer Personal Data includes any Personal Data obtained by Seller from Buyer; and Processing includes any operation or set of operations performed upon Personal Data, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, accessing, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction.
Data Protection. The Board and any other person or entity empowered by the Board to administer the Plan may process, store, transfer or disclose personal data of the Grantees to the extent required for the implementation and administration of the Plan. The Board and any other person or entity empowered by the Board to administer the Plan shall comply with any applicable data protection laws.
Data Protection. By signing below, the Grantee expressly consents to the transfer and use of personal data by the Company and its agents in connection with the administration of this Award.
Data Protection. By participating in the Plan, each Participant consents to the collection, processing, transmission and storage by the Company, in any form whatsoever, of any data of a professional or personal nature which is necessary for the purposes of administering the Plan. The Company may share such information with any Subsidiary or Affiliate, any trustee, its registrars, brokers, other third-party administrator or any person who obtains control of the Company or any Subsidiary or Affiliate or any division respectively thereof.
To facilitate the administration of the Plan and this Agreement, it will be necessary for the Company (or its payroll administrators) to collect, hold and process certain personal information about Purchaser and to transfer this data to certain third parties such as brokers with whom Purchaser may elect to deposit any share capital under the Plan. Purchaser consents to the Company (or its payroll administrators) collecting, holding and processing Purchasers personal data and transferring this data to the Company or any other third parties insofar as is reasonably necessary to implement, administer and manage the Plan.
Data Protection. Optionee consents that the Company may process Optionee’s personal data, including name, Social Security number, address and number of shares of Common Stock purchased hereunder (“Data”) exclusively for the purpose of performing this Agreement, in particular in connection with the Option awarded to Optionee. For this purpose the Data may also be disclosed to and processed by companies outside the Company, e.g., banks involved.
Personal Data. For purposes of the implementation, administration and management of this Award or the effectuation of any acquisition, equity or debt financing, joint venture, merger, reorganization, consolidation, recapitalization, business combination, liquidation, dissolution, share exchange, sale of stock, sale of material assets or other similar corporate transaction involving the Company (a “Corporate Transaction”), you consent, by execution of this Agreement, to the collection, receipt, use, retention and transfer, in electronic or other form, of your personal data by and among the Company and its third party vendors or any potential party to a potential Corporate Transaction. You understand that personal data (including but not limited to, name, home address, telephone number, employee number, employment status, social security number, tax identification number, date of birth, nationality, job and payroll location, data for tax withholding purposes and Shares awarded, cancelled, vested and unvested) may be transferred to third parties assisting in the implementation, administration and management of the stock grant or the effectuation of a Corporate Transaction and you expressly authorize such transfer as well as the retention, use, and the subsequent transfer of the data by the recipient(s). You understand that these recipients may be located in your country or elsewhere, and that the recipient’s country may have different data privacy laws and protections than your country. You understand that data will be held only as long as is necessary to implement, administer and manage the stock grant or effect a Corporate Transaction. You understand that you may, at any time, request a list with the names and addresses of any potential recipients of the personal data, view data, request additional information about the storage and processing of data, require any necessary amendments to data or refuse or withdraw the consents herein, in any case without cost, by contacting in writing the Company’s Secretary. You understand, however, that refusing or withdrawing your consent may affect your ability to accept a stock grant.
The Company and the Participant’s Employer will hold, collect and otherwise process certain data as set out in the Employer’s Employee Privacy Policy which will be provided to the Participant separately. All personal data will be treated in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
We may have to share your personal data with third parties, including third-party service providers and with other companies that are in the same corporate group as us (e.g. our holding company and our subsidiaries, and subsidiaries of our holding company). We require third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with applicable data protection law.
The Company and your Employer hereby notify you of the following in relation to your personal data and the collection, processing and transfer of such data in relation to the grant of the PSUs and your participation in the 2011 Plan pursuant to applicable personal data protection laws. The collection, processing and transfer of your personal data is necessary for the Company’s administration of the 2011 Plan and your participation in the 2011 Plan, and your denial and/or objection to the collection, processing and transfer of personal data may affect your ability to participate in the 2011 Plan. As such, you voluntarily acknowledge, consent and agree (where required under applicable law) to the collection, use, processing and transfer of personal data as described herein.

The collection, use, processing and transfer of the Participant’s personal data is necessary for ’s administration of the Plan and the Participant’s participation in the Plan, and the Participant’s denial and/or objection to the collection, use, processing and transfer of personal data may affect the Participant’s participation in the Plan. As such, the Participant hereby voluntarily acknowledges and consents (where required under applicable law) to the collection, use, processing and transfer of personal data as described in this paragraph.
Data Subject Rights. Participant understands that data subject rights regarding the processing of Personal Data vary depending on the applicable law and that, depending on where Participant is based and subject to the conditions set out in the applicable law, Participant may have, without limitation, the rights to # inquire whether and what kind of Personal Data the Company holds about Participant and how it is processed, and to access or request copies of such Personal Data, # request the correction or supplementation of Personal Data about Participant that is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date in light of the purposes underlying the processing, # obtain the erasure of Personal Data no longer necessary for the purposes underlying the processing, processed based on withdrawn consent, processed for legitimate interests that, in the context of Participant’s objection, do not prove to be compelling, or processed in non-compliance with applicable legal requirements, # request the Company to restrict the processing of Participant’s Personal Data in certain situations where Participant feels its processing is inappropriate, # object, in certain circumstances, to the processing of Personal Data for legitimate interests, and to # request portability of Participant Personal Data that Participant has actively or passively provided to the Company (which does not include data derived or inferred from the collected data), where the processing of such Personal Data is based on consent or Participant’s employment and is carried out by automated means. In case of concerns, Participant understands that Participant may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent local data protection authority. Further, to receive clarification of, or to exercise any of, Participant’s rights, Participant understands that Participant should contact Participant’s local human resources representative.
Data Collection, Processing and Usage. Personal data collected, processed and used by the Company in connection with Awards granted under the Plan includes the Grantee’s name, home address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number or other identification number, salary, citizenship, job title, any Shares or directorships held in the Company, and details of all Awards granted, cancelled, exercised, vested, or outstanding. In granting Awards under the Plan, the Company will collect the Grantee’s personal data for purposes of allocating Shares in settlement of the Awards and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Company collects, processes and uses the Grantee’s personal data in compliance with GE’s Employment Data Protection Standards and the Uses of Employment Data for GE Entities. The Grantee may exercise rights to access, correction, or restriction or deletion where applicable, by contacting the Grantee’s local HR manager or initiating a request through www.onehr.ge.com.
Privacy. The Company is, and has at all times been, in material compliance with # all applicable Laws regarding the protection, storage, use and disclosure of Personal Data, # the privacy policies and other Contracts (or portions thereof) in effect between the Company and users of the Company Products, and # Contracts (or portions thereof) between the Company and vendors, marketing affiliates, and other business partners, in each case in [clauses (ii) and (iii)])], that are applicable to the use and disclosure of Personal Data (such policies and Contracts being hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Agreements”). The Company has confidentiality agreements in place with all vendors or other Persons whose relationship with the Company involves the collection, use, disclosure, storage, or processing of Personal Data on behalf of the Company, which agreements require such Persons to protect such Personal Data in a manner consistent with the Company’s obligations in the Privacy Agreements. No Person has made any illegal or unauthorized use of Personal Data that was collected by or on behalf of the Company and is in the possession or control of the Company.
Where a Party (the Disclosing Party) will be disclosing Personal Data to the other Party (the Receiving Party) and prior to disclosing any Personal Data to the Receiving Party, the Disclosing Party shall obtain consent from the individual whose Personal Data is being disclosed (the Data Subject), to permit the Receiving Party to collect, use and/or disclose the Data Subjects Personal Data for the purposes of the Research Project and/or this Agreement. The Receiving Party will use the Personal Data solely for the purposes for which the Disclosing Party disclosed the Personal Data
