Permitted Use. Tenant shall use the Premises solely for the Permitted Use set forth in Section 8 of the Summary and Tenant shall not use or permit the Premises or the Project to be used for any other purpose or purposes whatsoever. Subject to Force Majeure, Tenant shall be entitled to access to the Premises and the Building during Business Hours (as defined in [Section 6.1.1]) and outside of Business Hours (i.e., Tenant may access the Premises 24 hours per day, seven day per week) as required by Tenant’s business needs.

Sublessee agrees that the Premises shall be used and occupied for the Permitted Use (as defined in the Prime Lease) only. During the Sublease Term, Sublessee shall assume and maintain exclusive control of the Premises. Sublessee acknowledges and understands that Sublessee shall be responsible, at its expense, for providing any janitorial, cleaning, equipment and fixture maintenance and security services necessary for Sublessee’s use and occupancy of the Premises not otherwise provided by Prime Lessor under the Prime Lease. Sublessee shall not permit the emission of objectionable noise or odor from the Premises.

Permitted Use. Tenant shall use the Premises solely for the Permitted Use set forth in Section 7 of the Summary and Tenant shall not use or permit the Premises or the Project to be used for any other purpose or purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of Landlord, which may be withheld in Landlord's sole discretion.

Permitted Use. Tenant shall be entitled to use the Leased Premises on a 24/7/365 basis solely for the “Permitted Use” as set forth in Article 1 and for no other purpose whatsoever. Tenant shall have the right to vacate the Leased Premises at any time during the Term of this Lease, provided Tenant maintains the Leased Premises in the same condition as if fully occupied and as otherwise required by the terms of this Lease. Tenant shall have the right to use the Common Areas in conjunction with its Permitted Use of the Leased Premises.

Permitted Use. Tenant shall use the Premises solely for the Permitted Use set forth in Section 7 of the Summary and Tenant shall not use or permit the Premises or the Project to be used for any other purpose or purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of Landlord, which may be withheld in Landlord's sole and absolute discretion.

Permitted Use. The Premises may be used for all legally permitted uses, including but not limited to the manufacturing and assembly of pharmaceutical and medical device products

Permitted Use. The Subleased Premises shall be used only for . subject to the Master Lease, applicable zoning. and other laws. and for no other purpose without the prior written consent of Tenant (the "Permitted Use").

Permitted Use. The Premises shall be used solely for the Permitted Use and for no other use or purpose, subject to the limitations and restrictions of this Article 7.

Tenant shall use the Premises solely for the Permitted Use set forth in Section 7 of the Summary and Tenant shall not use or permit any Tenant Party to use the Premises or the Project to be used for any other purpose or purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of Landlord, which may be withheld in Landlord's sole and absolute discretion. Landlord acknowledges that Tenant intends to operate biology and chemistry laboratories, animal testing facilities, and related uses as permitted pursuant to Section 7 of the Summary and subject to compliance with all the TCCs of this Lease and compliance with all applicable "Environmental Laws" and "Environmental Permits" (each as defined below), and subject to the TCCs set forth in this Article 5 and in this Lease, Landlord hereby consents to Tenant's operation of the Premises for such uses. "Environmental Permits" means all permits, approvals, identification numbers, licenses and other authorizations required under any applicable Environmental Laws. Tenant may operate its business according in accordance with the terms and condition set forth in this Article 5 and is otherwise strictly and properly monitored according to, and in compliance with, all then applicable Environmental Laws.
