Investments consisting of # Guaranty Obligations to landlords and contractors (and letters of credit in lieu of Guaranty Obligations[[Company:Organization]] in the ordinary course of business, # loans and other extensions of credit to tenants in the ordinary course of business so long as the proceeds of which are primarily used for tenant improvements, and # loans and other extensions of credit to contractors in the ordinary course of business in order to facilitate the purchase of machinery, tools and other equipment by such contractor;

Affiliate. “Affiliate” means the Company and any other parent or subsidiary corporation of the Company, as such terms are defined in [Section 424(e) and (1)])] of the Code.
