Nondisclosure. The Executive agrees that he will not use any Confidential Information of the Company, except in connection with Executive’s performance of his employment duties with the Company.

After Executive’s employment with the Company ends, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, use or disclose any Confidential Information to any person or entity, except as authorized in advance by an officer of the Company, exceptCompany in connection with Executive’s performancewriting. The restrictions in this subparagraph, however, will not apply to Confidential Information that is or has become known to the public generally through no fault of hisor breach by Executive, or was previously known to Executive other than as a result of employment duties with the Company.
