Litigation. shall give prompt notice to of any litigation or governmental proceedings pending or threatened in writing against or any Party, or with respect to the Property, which could reasonably be expected to materially adversely affect the condition (financial or otherwise) or business of or any Party, or the Property.

Litigation. The Borrowers shall give prompt notice to the Agent of any litigation or governmental proceedings of a material nature pending or threatened in writing against any Property, any Borrower or any Guarantor, which, in the case of any action, suit or proceeding against any Guarantor, is reasonably likely to affect such Guarantor’s ability to perform its obligations under the Loan Documents.

Notice of Litigation. Promptly after the service of process or written notice received by Borrower, the Borrower shall notify Lender of all actions, suits and proceedings before any court or any governmental department, commission or board affecting Borrower or any of its properties.
