Payment to Accompany Royalty Reports. LICENSEE shall pay to BCM with each such royalty report the amount of Royalties and other payments due with respect to such calendar quarter. If multiple technologies are covered by the license granted hereunder, LICENSEE shall specify which Subject Technology and Patent Rights are utilized for each Licensed Product included in the royalty report by citing the applicable BLG number 05-078 listed on the front page of the Agreement.

Royalty Payment Reports. With respect to each calendar quarter, within ​ after the end of the calendar quarter, iTeos shall provide to [[Adimab:Organization]] a written report stating the number and description of all Products sold during the relevant calendar quarter; the gross sales associated with such sales; and the calculation of Net Sales on such sales, including the amount of any deduction provided for in the definition of Net Sales. The report shall provide all such information on a country-by-country and Product-by-Product basis.

Royalty Payment Reports. Commencing with the First Commercial Sale of a Licensed Product by Janssen or its Affiliates or Sublicensees in the Territory, Janssen shall, within ​ days after the end of each ​, deliver a final written report to Fate ​. Simultaneously with the delivery of each such final report, Janssen shall pay to Fate the total royalties, if any, due to Fate for the period of such report. If no royalties or payments for Sales Milestone Events are due, Janssen shall so report. All reports delivered by Janssen under this Section shall be Confidential Information of Janssen.

Reports; Payment of Royalty. During the Term, and following the First Commercial Sale of any Product, Bluebird shall within ​ after the end of each Quarter furnish to SIRION a written report for such Quarter showing, ​. Bluebird shall pay all royalties due under this Agreement with respect to a Quarter within ​ after the end of each Quarter.

Royalty Reports and Payment. Within [†] days after the end of each calendar quarter, commencing with the calendar quarter during which the First Commercial Sale of the first Product is made anywhere in the Territory, Neurocrine shall provide Xenon with a statement, on a Product-by-Product and country-by-country basis, of the amount of gross sales and Net Sales of each Products in each country during the applicable calendar quarter, the applicable exchange rates, and a calculation of the amount of royalty payment due on such sales for such calendar quarter, including any royalty reductions and deductions under [Section 8.7(e)]. Concurrent with the delivery of the applicable quarterly report, Neurocrine shall pay Xenon in Dollars all royalties owed with respect to Net Sales for such calendar quarter.

Payment to Accompany Royalty Reports. Cell Medica shall pay to Baylor with each such royalty report the amount of Royalties and other payments due with respect to such calendar quarter. If multiple technologies are covered by the license granted hereunder, Cell Medica shall specify which Licensed Product and Patent Rights are utilized for each Licensed Product included in the royalty report by citing the applicable BLG number listed under Article I of this Agreement or under [Schedule C] as updated from time to time by Baylor.

Royalty Payment Reports. With respect to each calendar quarter, within ​ after the end of the calendar quarter, [[Alector:Organization]] will provide to [[Adimab:Organization]] a written report stating the number and description of all Products sold during the relevant calendar quarter; the gross sales associated with such sales; and the calculation of Net Sales on such sales, including the amount of any deduction provided for in the definition of Net Sales. The report will provide all such information on a country-by-country and Product-by-Product basis.

Royalty Reports and Payment. Within # ​ calendar days after each of the first ​ Calendar Quarters of each Spero Parent’s fiscal years and # ​ calendar days after the last Calendar Quarter of each of Spero Parent’s fiscal years, in each case commencing with the Calendar Quarter during which the First Commercial Sale of any Licensed Product is made anywhere in the Territory, Everest shall provide NPLH with a report that contains the following information for the applicable Calendar Quarter, on a Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product and jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction basis: # Net Sales in the Territory; # a calculation of the royalty payment due on Net Sales in the Territory; and # the exchange rates used. Within ​ Business Days following the end of each such Calendar Quarter, Everest will pay NPLH all royalties owed with respect to Net Sales for such Calendar Quarter. If, during the following Calendar Quarter, Everest discovers that it reported an incorrect amount of Net Sales in the Territory and/or the amounts payment due on such Net Sales in the immediately preceding Calendar Quarter, then Everest may, subject to review by NPLH, adjust and reconcile any such calculation of Net Sales and/or any such underpayment or overpayment of royalty payments due, and shall timely report the same within ​ calendar days after such following Calendar Quarter.

Royalty Payment Reports. After the First Commercial Sale of a Collaboration Product and for the Royalty Term for such Collaboration Product, ONO shall furnish to FATE a written report, within ​ days after the end of each Calendar Quarter (or portion thereof if this Agreement terminates during a Calendar Quarter), showing the amount of royalty due for such Collaboration Product for such Calendar Quarter (or portion thereof). Royalty payments for each Calendar Quarter shall be due at the same time as such written report for the Calendar Quarter. With each quarterly payment, ONO shall deliver to FATE a full and accurate accounting to include at least the following information: # ​ # ​ # ​ # ​ and # ​. ONO shall calculate Net Sales by assigning each individual deduction permitted under [Section 1.74] (Net Sales) to one of the categories of permitted deductions set forth in [Section 1.74(a) through (g)].
