Option Exercise Price. The exercise price per Share subject to each Option shall be set by the Administrator, but shall not be less than one hundred percent (100%) of the Fair Market Value of a Share on the date the Option is granted (or, as to Incentive Stock Options, on the date the Option is modified, extended or renewed for purposes of Section 424(h) of the Code). In addition, in the case of Incentive Stock Options granted to a Greater Than 10% Stockholder, such price shall not be less than one hundred ten percent (110%) of the Fair Market Value of a Share on the date the Option is granted (or the date the Option is modified, extended or renewed for purposes of Section 424(h) of the Code).

Payment of Option Exercise Price. The payment of the Exercise Price of an Option granted under this [Section 2] shall be subject to the following:

Payment of Option Price. The purchase price of Common Stock upon exercise of this Option shall be paid in full to the Corporation at the time of the exercise of the Option in cash or by the surrender to the Corporation of shares of previously acquired Common Stock which shall have been held by the Participant for at least six months and which shall be valued at Fair Market Value on the date the Option is exercised, or by a combination of cash and such Common Stock.

Payment of Option Price. A condition of the issuance of the Shares as to which an Option shall be exercised shall be the payment of the Option Price. The Option Price of any exercised Option shall be payable to the Company in accordance with one of the following methods:

Payment of Exercise Price. The entire Exercise Price of the Option shall be payable in full at the time of exercise to the extent permitted by applicable statutes and regulations, either:

Option Price. The Option Price for each grant of an Option under this Plan shall be as determined by the Compensation Committee and shall be specified in the Award Agreement; provided, however, the Option Price shall not be less than one hundred percent (100%) of the Fair Market Value of a Share on the date the Option is granted.

Option Price. No Option granted pursuant to the Plan shall have an Option exercise price that is less than the Fair Market Value of the Stock on the date the Option is granted. An ISO granted to a Ten-Percent Shareholder, shall have an Option Price which is not less than 110% of the Fair Market Value of the Stock on the date the ISO is granted.

Option Price. Other than in connection with Substitute Awards, the option price per each Share purchasable under any Option granted pursuant to this Article shall not be less than 100% of the Fair Market Value of one Share on the date of grant of such Option. Other than pursuant to [Section 12.2], the Committee shall not without the approval of the Company’s stockholders # lower the option price per Share of an Option after it is granted, # cancel an Option in exchange for cash or another Award (other than in connection with Substitute Awards), or # take any other action with respect to an Option that would be treated as a repricing under the rules and regulations of the principal securities exchange on which the Shares are traded.

Option Price. The exercise price of an Option shall be the Fair Market Value of the Stock at the time the Option is granted.

Option Price. The purchase price per share at which a share of Common Stock will be sold in any Offering Period shall be ninety-five percent (95%) of the fair market value of the Common Stock on the Purchase Date as defined in [Section 8] below (the “Option Price”).
