Patent Marking. Astellas (and [[Cytokinetics:Organization]], if it Commercializes any Collaboration Product in the Shared Territory in [ * ] Indication, where [ * ] for such Indication) shall mark all Collaboration Products with patent information in each country in accordance with the applicable Law and to the extent customary in such country, and shall require all of its Affiliates and sublicensees to do the same. To the extent permitted by applicable Law and customary, Astellas shall indicate on Collaboration Product packaging, advertisement and promotional materials that such Collaboration Product is licensed from [[Cytokinetics:Organization]].

Patent Marking. FibroGen China shall, and shall require its Affiliates and Sublicensees, to mark Products sold by it hereunder (in a reasonable manner consistent with industry custom and practice) with appropriate patent numbers or indicia to the extent permitted by applicable law and regulations, in those countries in which such markings or such notices impact recoveries of damages or equitable remedies available with respect to infringements of patents.

Patent Marking. Licensee shall mark (or cause to be marked) Product marketed and sold hereunder with appropriate Verrica Patent and Joint Patent numbers or indicia to the extent required by Applicable Laws.

Patent Marking. Newsoara shall comply with the patent marking statutes in each Region in the Territory in which the Product is sold by Newsoara, its Affiliates or its Sublicensees.

Patent Marking. XPH shall mark, and shall require its Affiliates and sublicensees to mark, all Licensed Products sold or distributed pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with the applicable patent statutes or regulations in the country or countries of manufacture and/or sale thereof.

Patent Marking. Ji Xing shall mark the Product sold in the Territory in accordance with the applicable patent marking laws, and shall require all of its Affiliates and sublicensees to do the same. To the extent permitted by Applicable Laws, Ji Xing shall indicate on the product packaging and trade dress, advertisement and promotional materials that the Product is in-licensed from [[Cytokinetics:Organization]], and shall display [[Cytokinetics:Organization]]’ corporate name and logo on the product packaging and trade dress, advertisement and promotional materials in addition to Ji Xing’s own corporate name and logo.

Patent Marking. Bausch Health shall mark all Products in accordance with the applicable patent marking laws and shall require all of its Affiliates and Sublicensees to do the same.
