Waiver; Extensions. Except as may be expressly provided for herein or in any of the other Loan Documents, the Borrower hereby waives presentment, demand, notice of dishonor, protest and all other exemptions provided debtors, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Borrower agrees that it shall remain liable for the payment hereof notwithstanding any agreement for the extension of the due date of any amount payable hereunder made by the Lender after the maturity thereof unless expressly agreed otherwise by Lender in writing after the date hereof.

Borrower hereby waives presentment for payment, demand, protest and notice of dishonor and nonpayment of this Note and agrees that no obligation hereunder shall be discharged by reason of any extension, indulgence, release, or forbearance granted by any holder of this Note to any party now or hereafter liable hereon.

The Borrower, or any person liable for the payment of this Note, waives presentment, demand, notice, protest, and all other demands, or notices, in connection with the delivery, acceptance, performance, default, or enforcement of this Note, and assents to any extension or postponement of the required time of payment or any other indulgence.

Waiver. The Borrower, and any endorsers or guarantors of this Note, severally waive diligence, presentment, protest and demand and also notice of protest, demand, dishonor and nonpayment of this Note, and expressly agree that this Note, or any payment hereunder, may be extended from time to time, and consent to the acceptance of further security or the release of any security for this Note, all without notice to any endorsers or guarantors hereof. No extension of time for the payment of this Note, or any installment hereof, made by agreement by the Lender with any person now or hereafter liable for the payment of this Note, shall affect the original liability under this Note or the Borrower, even if the Borrower shall not be a party to such agreement.
