Expenses. The Borrower shall pay or reimburse the Lender for all costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, fees and disbursements of legal counsel) incurred by the Lender in connection with, arising out of, or in any way related to, # the arrangement, negotiation, preparation and administration of the Loans and this Agreement and # the enforcement, exercise, preservation or protection by the Lender of any of its rights under this Agreement.
EXPENSES. The expenses of administering this Plan shall be borne by the Company and its Subsidiaries.

Expenses. Notwithstanding the above, the Company shall pay or reimburse the Consultant, in accordance with the Company’s then-current reimbursement policy, for any expenses reasonably incurred by Consultant in furtherance of Consultant’s duties hereunder upon submission by Consultant of vouchers, receipts, or itemized lists thereof prepared in compliance with such reimbursement policy and as may be required by the Company in order to permit such payments as proper deductions to Company under the Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
The Company will pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable travel and other business out-of-pocket expenses which have been actually and properly incurred. The Executive will supply the Company with the originals of all vouchers, bills, statements or receipts in respect of which the Executive seeks reimbursement in accordance with Company policy.
Expenses. The Company agrees to reimburse ICV monthly for all Company requested reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by ICV in connection with the matters contemplated by this Agreement. All expenses need pre-approval by the company
Expenses. Executive shall be entitled to prompt reimbursement for all reasonable ordinary and necessary travel, entertainment, and other expenses incurred by Executive while an employee of Company (in accordance with the policies and procedures established by Company for its senior executive officers) in the performance of her duties and responsibilities under this Agreement; provided, however, that Executive shall properly and promptly account for such expenses in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures.
