Expenses. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each of the parties will bear and pay all costs and expenses incurred by it or on its behalf in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Costs and Expenses. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, each Party will bear its own costs and expenses (including legal fees and expenses) incurred in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.

Expenses. Except as otherwise provided herein, each party agrees to pay its own expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement, the transactions contemplated hereby, the negotiations leading to the same and the preparations made for carrying the same into effect.

Expenses. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, each party shall pay the expenses they may incur in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including without limitation the fees and expenses of legal counsel, accountants and financial advisors.

Section # Expenses. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each party hereto shall pay its own expenses incidental to the preparation of this Agreement, the carrying out of the provisions hereof and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.

Expenses. All costs and expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, will be paid by the Party incurring such expense or as otherwise agreed to herein.
