Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse Executive for all ordinary and reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Executive during the Term in the performance of Executive’s services under this Agreement; provided that such expenses are incurred and accounted for by Executive in accordance with the policies and procedures established from time to time by the Company.

The Company will, in accordance with applicable Company policies and guidelines, reimburse Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by Executive in connection with Executive’s performance of services on behalf of the Company during Executive’s employment with the Company, on terms no less favorable than for any other U.S. based executive officer of the Company. In addition, the Company will reimburse, promptly upon presentation of invoices, Executive’s fair and reasonable expenses for legal or other advisors incurred in the review and finalization of this Agreement and related documentation. Subject to the preceding, the reimbursement for all such expenses shall be paid pursuant to the Company’s policies and practices, following Executive’s submission of proper documentation for such expenses.

Expenses. During the Contract Period, the Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable entertainment, travel or other expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the performance of his/her duties under this Agreement, subject to the Executive’s presentation of appropriate documentation in accordance with such procedures as the Company may from time to time establish.

Expenses. The Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive during the Term in performing services hereunder, in accordance with the policies and procedures then in effect and established by the Company for its U.S. executive officers.

Expenses. Employer shall reimburse Executive for all ordinary and necessary business expenses reasonably incurred by him in the performance of Executive's duties under this Agreement, subject to the presentment and approval of appropriate itemized expense statements, receipts, vouchers or other supporting documentation in accordance with Employer's normal policies for expense verification in effect from time to time.

Reimbursement for Expenses. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to incur on behalf of reasonable and necessary expenses in connection with his duties in accordance with Company’s policies and shall pay for or reimburse Executive for all such expenses upon presentation of proper receipts therefore. Executive shall comply with such reasonable limitations and reporting requirements with respect to such expenses as may establish from time to time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. During the Term, Company shall reimburse Executive for reasonable expenses incurred by her in the performance of her duties, as well as those incurred in furtherance of or in connection with the business of Company, including but not limited to traveling, entertainment, dining and other expenses.

Reimbursement of Expenses. During the Term, the Company will reimburse the Executive in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy as in effect from time to time for expenses reasonably and properly incurred by him in performing his duties, provided that such expenses are incurred and accounted for in accordance with the policies and procedures presently or hereinafter established by the Company.
