The Company will pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable travel and other business out-of-pocket expenses which have been actually and properly incurred. The Executive will supply the Company with the originals of all vouchers, bills, statements or receipts in respect of which the Executive seeks reimbursement in accordance with Company policy.

The Company shall reimburse the Executive, consistent with the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures and subject to receipt of appropriate documentation, for all reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket travel, business entertainment and other business expenses incurred or expended by the Executive incident to the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable, documented, out-of-pocket travel and other business expenses incurred by Executive in the performance of Executive’s duties to the Company in accordance with the Company’s applicable expense reimbursement policies and procedures as are in effect from time to time.

The Company will promptly reimburse Executive for reasonable business expenses for travel and entertainment on behalf of the Company or its affiliates, including expenses for approved meals, upon her submission of appropriate receipts and other substantiation of the expenses and business purposes as the Company customarily requires. Any cost or expenses for Executive’s personal automobile, club dues, home office equipment and other personal items is solely the responsibility of the Executive.

Business Expenses. The Company agrees to reimburse Executive for all reasonable and necessary travel, business entertainment and other business expenses incurred by Executive in connection with the performance of his duties under this Agreement in accordance with, and subject to, the Company’s standard policies and procedures. Such reimbursements shall be made by the Company on a timely basis upon submission by Executive of vouchers in accordance with the Company’s standard policies and procedures.

Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse Executive for any expenses reasonably incurred by him in furtherance of his duties hereunder, including expenses for entertainment, travel, meals and hotel accommodations, upon submission by him of vouchers or receipts maintained and provided to the Company in compliance with such rules and policies relating thereto as the Company may from time to time adopt.

Business Expense. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other business expenses incurred by the Executive in the course of performing the duties of the Position. Those expenses shall be reimbursed in accordance with the standard policies and procedures of the Company in effect from time to time related to such reimbursable expenses.

The Company shall pay or reimburse Executive, in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures and upon presentment of suitable vouchers, for all reasonable business and travel expenses, which may be incurred or paid by Executive during the Term of Employment in connection with his employment hereunder. Executive shall comply with such restrictions and shall keep such records as the Company may reasonably deem necessary to meet the requirements of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time, and regulations promulgated thereunder.

Expenses. The Company will reimburse Executive for reasonable travel, entertainment or other expenses incurred by Executive in furtherance or in connection with the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder, in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy and requirements of the Internal Revenue Service as in effect from time to time.

Expenses. The Company will pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Executive in the performance of his duties hereunder, subject to applicable Company policies as in effect from time to time.
