Expenses. Except as otherwise specified in this Agreement, all costs and expenses, including, fees and disbursements of counsel, financial advisors and accountants, incurred in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be borne by the Party incurring such costs and expenses, whether or not the Closing shall have occurred.

Expenses. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all costs and expenses, including, without limitation, fees and disbursements of counsel, financial advisors and accountants, incurred in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be paid by the party incurring such costs and expenses, whether or not the Closing shall have occurred.

Section # Expenses. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, all fees and expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including the fees and disbursements of counsel, financial advisors and accountants, shall be paid by the Party incurring such fees or expenses.

Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all costs and expenses of either party, including, without limitation, fees and disbursements of counsel, financial advisors and accountants, incurred in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be paid by the party who incurred the costs and expenses.

Unless expressly provided otherwise herein, all expenses incurred by each of the Parties in connection with or related to the authorization, preparation and execution of this Agreement and the closing of the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, all fees and expenses of agents, representatives, consultants, counsel and accountants employed by any such Party, shall be borne solely by the Party which has incurred such expense.

Expenses. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, each party shall pay the expenses they may incur in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including without limitation the fees and expenses of legal counsel, accountants and financial advisors.

SECTION # Expenses. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, including the provisions of Section 9.02(a), whether or not the Closing takes place, all costs and expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be paid by the Party incurring such costs and expenses, including any fees, expenses or other payments incurred or owed by a Party to any brokers, financial or [[Organization C:Organization]] advisors or comparable other persons retained or employed by such Party in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
