Expenses. Except for [Section 3] expenses, each party shall pay the fees and expenses of its advisers, counsel, accountants, and other experts, if any, and all other expenses incurred by such party incident to the negotiation, preparation, execution, delivery, and performance of this Agreement.

Expenses. Each party shall bear its own expenses incurred in connection with the negotiation and execution of this Agreement and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.

Expenses. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the parties shall bear their own expenses (including all time and expenses of counsel, financial advisors, consultants, actuaries and independent accountants) incurred in connection with this Agreement.

Section # Expenses. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all costs and expenses, including, without limitation, fees and disbursements of counsel, financial advisors, and accountants incurred in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be paid by the party incurring such costs and expenses, whether or not the Closing shall have occurred.

. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, the parties hereto shall pay their own expenses, including, without limitation, accountants’ and attorneys’ fees, incurred in connection with the negotiation and consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Costs and Expenses. Except as otherwise expressly provided for herein, each Party shall bear and pay its own costs and expenses, including, without limitation, any attorney’s fees incurred in connection with the negotiation and documentation of this Agreement.

Section # Expenses. Except as set forth below, all costs and expenses, including fees and disbursements of counsel, financial advisors and accountants, incurred in connection with the Transaction Documents and the transactions contemplated thereby shall be paid by the party incurring such costs and expenses.
