Expenses. The Executive shall be entitled to prompt reimbursement by the Company for all reasonable ordinary and necessary travel, entertainment, and other expenses incurred by the Executive while employed (in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the Company for its senior executive officers) in the performance of his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement; provided, that the Executive shall properly account for such expenses in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Expenses of the Executive in an amount exceeding Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($2,500) shall require approval from the Board.

Expenses. The Executive shall be entitled to prompt reimbursement by the Company for all reasonable ordinary and necessary travel, entertainment, and other expenses incurred by the Executive while employed (in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the Company for its senior executive officers) in the performance of his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement; provided, that the Executive shall properly account for such expenses in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Any individual expenses (including expenses such as travel that are a single expense with multiple components) in an amount exceeding Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500) shall require approval by the Board or such officer of the Company designated by the Board to serve this purpose.

Expenses. Executive shall be entitled to prompt reimbursement for all reasonable ordinary and necessary travel, entertainment, and other expenses incurred by Executive while an employee of Company (in accordance with the policies and procedures established by Company for its senior executive officers) in the performance of her duties and responsibilities under this Agreement; provided, however, that Executive shall properly and promptly account for such expenses in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures.

Business Expenses. The Company agrees to reimburse Executive for all reasonable and necessary travel, business entertainment and other business expenses incurred by Executive in connection with the performance of his duties under this Agreement in accordance with, and subject to, the Company’s standard policies and procedures. Such reimbursements shall be made by the Company on a timely basis upon submission by Executive of vouchers in accordance with the Company’s standard policies and procedures.

Business Expense. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other business expenses incurred by the Executive in the course of performing the duties of the Position. Those expenses shall be reimbursed in accordance with the standard policies and procedures of the Company in effect from time to time related to such reimbursable expenses.

Expenses. The Company will reimburse Executive for reasonable travel, entertainment or other expenses incurred by Executive in furtherance or in connection with the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder, in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy and requirements of the Internal Revenue Service as in effect from time to time.

Expenses. The Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive during the Term in performing services hereunder, in accordance with the policies and procedures then in effect and established by the Company for its U.S. executive officers.

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by him in performing services hereunder, in accordance with the policies and procedures then in effect and established by the Company for its senior executive officers.

Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse Executive for any expenses reasonably incurred by him in furtherance of his duties hereunder, including expenses for entertainment, travel, meals and hotel accommodations, upon submission by him of vouchers or receipts maintained and provided to the Company in compliance with such rules and policies relating thereto as the Company may from time to time adopt.

Travel, Meals and Entertainment Expenses. Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement of any business travel and entertainment expenses incurred by the Executive in the performance of his duties for or on behalf of the Company that are # in accordance with the Company’s policies as in effect from time to time, or # approved by the Chairman of the Board. (Evidence of such approval may be in the form of an expense report reflecting such expenses that is approved by the Chairman.)
