The Participant acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan, which is annexed hereto, and represents that he or she is familiar with the terms and provisions thereof, and hereby accepts the Awarded Units subject to all the terms and provisions thereof. The Participant hereby agrees to accept as binding, conclusive, and final all decisions or interpretations of the Committee or the Board, as appropriate, upon any questions arising under the Plan or this Agreement.

By the Participant’s Acknowledgments.submission of electronic acceptance of the Award or, if required by applicable law, by the Participant’s signature, the Participant agrees to be bound by the terms of this Notice, the Plan and the Agreement.
