# Corporation’s policies regarding vacation, holidays, and paid time off.
Sick Time and Holiday Pay: As an eligible, full-time employee, you will also accrue 1.54 hours per pay period, or five (5) days per year, of sick days. In addition, the Company honors at least 11 holidays per year.
You will receive 20 vacation days each year, accrued monthly and paid holidays in accordance with the Company’s annual holiday schedule, with a vacation accrual cap of 1.75 times your annual vacation accrual.
Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to such paid vacation as may be determined in accordance with the personnel policies of the Employer from time to time in effect, but in no event less than five (5) weeks per annum. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to an annual sick leave benefit as may be determined in accordance with the personnel policies of the Employer from time to time in effect, but in no event less than forty (40) hours per year. Executive shall not be entitled to receive any additional compensation from the Employer for failure to take all of his entitled vacation or sick leave time, nor shall Executive be able to accumulate unused vacation or sick leave time from one year to the next, unless otherwise provided by the personnel policies of the Employer from time to time in effect. In the event the personnel policies of the Employer provide for paid time off with no distinction between vacation and sick leave, the Executive shall be entitled to no less than 30 days of paid time off per year.
Holidays and Personal Time. Executive shall be entitled to paid holidays and personal time off in accordance with the Company’s holiday and personal time off policies but not less than twenty (20) days of each calendar year during the Employment Term, (as prorated for partial years) with the time and duration of any specific personal time off mutually and reasonably agreed to by the parties hereto.
Vacation/Sick Time: As an exempt employee you are eligible to participate in Janux’s flexible vacation policy; please contact HR for more details. Under Janux’s current sick leave policy, you will receive 5 days (40 hours) sick leave on your start date, and on each January 1, we will top up your sick leave balance to a total of 5 days (40 hours).
Vacation. Employee shall be entitled to personal time, to be used for sick and vacation time, earned based on hours worked, to a maximum of two weeks per year. Generally, Employees are not permitted to use personal time in excess of time earned. The Company desires Employee to use Employee's full vacation entitlement. Employee shall take no more than two continuous weeks of vacation at any time. Additionally, other than for sickness, accident, or military leave or duty or as otherwise required by law, Employee may take no personal leaves of absence, with or without compensation, without the express consent and approval of the Company. Vacation time not used in any calendar year may be carried forward, provided, however, that, once Employee has accrued a number of vacation days equal to four weeks, Employee shall not be eligible to accrue additional days of vacation until he has taken one or more days of vacation..
Vacation and Personal Days: Executive shall accrue standard paid vacation during the Employment Period in accordance with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time.
Paid Time-Off. Executives currently are not subject to a maximum number of sick and vacation days per year. It goes without saying that you are expected to use good judgment with respect to time off and communicate with me and your peers when you intend to be out on vacation.
Vacation and Other Paid Leave. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation time (via the Company’s Paid Time Account plan or other successor program) and other paid leaves, whether for holidays, illnesses or similar purposes, in accordance with the plans, practices, policies and programs applicable to other senior executives of the Company.
