Paid Time Off contract clause examples

Paid Time Off. The Executive shall be entitled [[Organization A:Organization]] paid time off, vacation time plus sick time, consistent with the Company’s policies.

Paid Time Off. Executive shall be eligible to accrue PTO and utilize and carryover from year to year such PTO, consistent with the Company’s policies and procedures in effect from time to time for officers of Executive’s level.

Paid Time Off. Executive shall accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) on a pro-rated basis at the rate of five weeks (200 hours) per year, up to a maximum of 300 hours that may be accrued. After the maximum accrual is met, Executive will not accrue additional PTO until he uses PTO and brings the balance below the maximum accrual. This PTO allowance shall be in addition to the paid holidays that are provided as part of the standard benefit package for all Company employees.

Paid Time Off. Executive shall be entitled to such periods of paid time off (“PTO”) each year as provided from time to time under the Company’s PTO policy and as otherwise provided for senior management.

Paid Time Off. Employee shall be entitled to the same paid time off policies as the Board of Directors may from time to time designate for all full-time employees of the Corporation.

Accrued but unused paid time off and sick days will expire in accordance with the Company’s policies, as amended from time to time

Paid Time Off. Associate will be eligible to receive paid time off in accordance with Benefitfocus’ paid time off policies as detailed in its Associate Handbook, the provisions of which are subject to change on a prospective basis.

Paid Time Off. Executive will be entitled to accrue and use paid time off in accordance with the terms of the Company’s paid time off policy and practices, provided, however, that in no event will Executive’s paid time off accrual rate be lower than four (4) weeks per year.
