Plastic USB Charger for battery assembly holds a small PCB to regulate charging. Another small PCB controls the battery function and voltage which is controlled by a clickable plastic power button seated in the stainless steel tubing that can be pressed rapidly in succession to power on/power off the battery and adjust its voltage. A small stainless steel cleaning tool is included along with cardboard for packaging and plastic blister packaging printed with instructions and branding.

The Packaging Corporation of America Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan was originally established November 1, 2000 by Packaging Corporation of America and it was amended and restated effective as of January 1, 2005. The Company hereby again amends and restates the Plan as set forth herein effective as of February 27, 2019. The terms of the Plan, as set forth herein, shall not apply to any Participant of the Plan who terminated employment from the Company prior to January 1, 2005.

Product(s) in a private labeled format as set forth herein. The Product(s) will be purchased, distributed, exported and sold in packaging not trademarked or registered by GSC.

“Manufacture” and “Manufacturing” means any steps, processes and activities necessary to produce Product including the manufacturing, processing, packaging, labeling, quality control testing, stability testing, release, storage or supply of Product.

Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (“ENDS”). FDA now regulates the manufacture, import, packaging, labeling, advertising, promotion, sale, and distribution of ENDS. This includes components and parts of ENDS, but excludes accessories.

The Bottler shall inspect Approved Containers and closures, cases, cartons, labels and other packaging materials to be used in connection with the Beverage and shall use only those items which the Bottler has determined comply with both the standards established by applicable laws in the Territory and the standards and specifications prescribed by the Company. The Bottler shall assume independent responsibility in connection with the use of such Approved Containers, closures, cases, cartons, labels and other packaging materials which the Bottler has determined conform to such standards.

Damage Claims. Graphite shall make damaged Product and associated packaging materials available for inspection and shall comply with the reasonable requirements of any insurance policy covering the Product. WuXi ATU shall offer Graphite reasonable assistance in Graphite’s claims against the shipping company for damages arising out of the transportation of Product.

Cost of Corrective Action. Except as otherwise specified in this Contract, all corrective actions to be taken by the Contractor including under this Article 12 shall be at the Contractor´s cost and expense, including all costs arising from charges for packaging, shipping, insurance, taxes, and other matters associated with corrective actions.
