Packaging contract clause examples

Packaging. Manufacturer will package Supplied Product as set out in the Specifications. Manufacturer shall determine and imprint the lot and Batch numbers and expiration dates for each delivery of Supplied Product hereunder. Manufacturer shall affix lot and Batch numbers and applicable expiration dates on the packaging and external shipping carton of Supplied Product as outlined in the Specifications and as required by cGMPs and other Applicable Laws.

Packaging Process. The Packaging Process to be followed by Supplier when providing the Packaging Services is defined in Annex 5 (Packaging Process).

NAB will confirm, in writing, the initial Farmer's Choice Facilities (if not set out in the Details).

Packaging. All SUNBRIGHT ​ supplied hereunder shall be packaged in accordance with the Specifications and the Quality Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, all SUNBRIGHT ​ supplied hereunder shall also be labeled with a traceable batch number and the date of Manufacture.

Packaging. Pallets, top frames, and tier sheets shall be provided by Supplier, Supplier agrees to maintain and report inventory of all such packaging materials in use or on hand, and shall be responsible for ensuring label information is visible, complete, and in full compliance with [[OUTSET:Organization]] requirements. Packing slips shall be visible and complete at all times. Supplier shall not employ any packaging subcontractors without previous written authorization by [[OUTSET:Organization]].

Packaging. [[Organization A:Organization]] will package the Products as set out in the Specifications. Client will be responsible for the cost of artwork development. [[Organization A:Organization]] will determine and imprint the batch numbers and expiration dates for each Product shipped. The batch numbers and expiration dates will be affixed on the Products and on the shipping carton of each Product as outlined in the Specifications and as required by cGMPs. Client may, in its sole discretion, make changes to labels, product inserts, and other packaging for the Products. Those changes will be submitted by Client to all applicable governmental agencies and other third parties responsible for the approval of the Products. Client will be responsible for the cost of labelling obsolescence when changes occur, as contemplated in Section 4.4. [[Organization A:Organization]]'s name will not appear on the label or anywhere else on the Products unless: # required by any Laws; or # [[Organization A:Organization]] consents in writing to the use of its name.

Packaging. All API to be delivered hereunder will be packaged in containers in accordance with the applicable API Specifications or as otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing. Each such container will be individually labeled with description of its contents, batch or lot number, quantity, manufacturer and, if necessary, date of Manufacture, and any other information as may be required in order to trace the history of each batch or lot. Each batch delivered hereunder will include two (2) satellite samples per bottle of API, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing.

Packaging. All Drug Substance supplied hereunder shall be packaged in accordance with the Drug Substance Specifications and the Quality Agreement, and [[Bachem CH:Organization]] shall ensure that such packaging is otherwise in accordance with Applicable Law (including cGMPs and DSCSA) and, if and to the extent applicable, cGDPs). Without limiting the foregoing, all Drug Substance supplied hereunder shall also be labeled with a traceable batch number and the date of Manufacture.

Packaging. If provided for in the Work Order, Parexel may procure material for the Study Materials provided by Client or Client’s designee for use in Packaging. As between Client and Parexel, all Packaging and Study Materials, and all intellectual property rights thereto, shall be owned exclusively by Client. In addition, if set forth in the applicable Work Order, Parexel may Package (including, for example, placing or sealing the Client supplied Study Materials into tamper resistant Packaging). Parexel will Package all Study Materials in accordance with this Agreement, the applicable Work Order, the CTSL Quality Agreement and the Specifications.

Packaging. The Parties will negotiate in good faith and agree upon packaging requirements to be set forth in Exhibit A (Additional Terms).
