Revolving Extensions of Credit” means, as to any Lender at any time, an amount equal to the sum of # the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Credit Loans made by such Lender then outstanding, # such Lender’s Revolving Credit Percentage of the L/C Obligations then outstanding, # such Lender’s Revolving Credit Percentage of the Overadvances then outstanding and # such Lender’s Revolving Credit Percentage of the aggregate principal amount of Swing Line Loans then outstanding.

Revolving Extensions of Credit”: as to any Revolving Credit Lender at any time, an amount equal to the sum of # the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Credit Loans made by such Lender then outstanding and # such Lender’s Revolving Credit Percentage of the L/C Obligations then outstanding.

“Extensions of Credit” means, as to any Lender at any time, # an amount equal to the sum of # the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Credit Loans made by such Lender then outstanding, # such Lender’s Revolving Credit Commitment Percentage of the L/C Obligations then outstanding,

Revolving Credit Extensions” means, as of any date of determination, the sum of # the principal balance of all Revolving Loans (including Swingline Loans) then outstanding and # the then amount of the Letter of Credit Outstandings.

Revolving Extensions of Credit” means # any Revolving Credit Loan then outstanding, # any Letter of Credit then outstanding or # any Swingline Loan then outstanding.

Aggregate Outstanding Extensions of Credit”: as to any Bank at any time, an amount equal to the sum of # the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Credit Loans made by such Bank then outstanding and # the amount represented by such Bank’s Commitment Percentage of the L/C Obligations then outstanding.

“Revolving Credit Obligations” means, at any particular time, the sum of # the outstanding principal Dollar Amount of the Revolving Loans (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Incremental Revolving Loans) at such time, plus # the Dollar Amount of outstanding L/C Obligations at such time.

Revolving Credit Outstandings” means the sum of # with respect to Revolving Credit Loans and Swingline Loans on any date, the aggregate outstanding principal amount thereof after giving effect to any borrowings and prepayments or repayments of Revolving Credit Loans and Swingline Loans, as the case may be, occurring on such date; plus # with respect to any L/C Obligations on any date, the aggregate outstanding amount thereof on such date after giving effect to any Extensions of Credit occurring on such date and any other changes in the aggregate amount of the L/C Obligations as of such date, including as a result of any reimbursements of outstanding unpaid drawings under any Letters of Credit or any reductions in the maximum amount available for drawing under Letters of Credit taking effect on such date.

Multicurrency Revolving Extensions of Credit” means as to any Multicurrency Lender at any time, an amount equal to the sum of # the aggregate principal amount (based on the Dollar Equivalent thereof) of all Multicurrency Revolving Credit Loans held by such Lender then outstanding and # such Multicurrency Lender’s Multicurrency Revolving Percentage of the Multicurrency L/C Obligations then outstanding (based on the Dollar Equivalent thereof).
