provided however, that the foregoing shall not # modify or abrogate any of the provisions regarding the Revolving Credit Lenders’ obligations with respect to Letters of Credit or with respect to Swing Loans, or # result in any claim or liability against the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] (regardless of the amount of any Overadvance) for Unintentional Overadvances, and such Unintentional Overadvances shall not reduce the amount of Protective Advances allowed hereunder.

provided, however, that the foregoing shall not # modify or abrogate any of the provisions of [Section 2.06] regarding any Revolving Lender’s obligations with respect to Letter of Credit Disbursements, or # result in any claim or liability against the Administrative Agent (regardless of the amount of any Overadvance) for “inadvertent Overadvances” (i.e., where an Overadvance results from changed circumstances beyond the control of the Administrative Agent (such as a reduction in the collateral value)), and provided, further that in no event shall the Administrative Agent make an Overadvance, if after giving effect thereto, the principal amount of the Revolving Credit Extensions would exceed the aggregate amount of the Revolving Commitments (as in effect prior to any termination of the Revolving Commitments pursuant to [Section 8.01] hereof).
