provided however, that the foregoing shall not # modify or abrogate any of the provisions regarding the Revolving Credit Lenders’ obligations with respect to Letters of Credit or with respect to Swing Loans, or # result in any claim or liability against the ​ (regardless of the amount of any Overadvance) for Unintentional Overadvances, and such Unintentional Overadvances shall not reduce the amount of Protective Advances allowed hereunder.
