Outplacement Services contract clause examples

Outplacement Services. The Executive shall be entitled to career transition and outplacement services to include one-on-one coaching covering reemployment, career changes, entrepreneurial/consulting ventures, etc., and access to comprehensive office and administrative services for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months following Executive’s termination date. Such outplacement services will be provided by an outside organization selected and paid for by the Employer.

Outplacement Services. Subject to [Section 3.6], in addition to the benefits provided in Sections 3.3 and 3.5, upon Executive’s Severance (whether during or outside a Change in Control Period), the Executive shall be entitled to receive outplacement services of up to $10,000 for the period ending on the first anniversary of the Executive’s Severance Date.

Outplacement Services. The Partnership will assist the Participant until the earlier of one (1) year from the date of the Participant’s Qualifying Termination and the date the Participant obtains subsequent employment in the search for new employment by directly paying the professional fees for the services incurred in the normal course of a job search with an outplacement organization arranged for by the Partnership in an amount generally commensurate with the Employer’s past practice for employees similarly situated to the Participant, but in no event greater than $20,000.

Outplacement Services. The Company will provide outplacement assistance up to a total cost of $15,000.00) from a provider of the Company’s choosing. Information about the outplacement service provider will be provided to Executive concurrent with the Effective Date. Executive may not receive cash or other severance benefits in lieu of outplacement service.

In the case of each Eligible Employee who incurs a Severance Event, the Company shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide the Eligible Employee with outplacement services with the person or entity of the Eligible Employee’s choosing from among the Company’s preferred outplacement providers suitable to the Eligible Employee’s position for a period of one year or, if earlier, until the first acceptance by the Eligible Employee of an offer of employment; provided, however, that in no event shall the value of the outplacement services provided hereunder to any Eligible Employee exceed $25,000.

Outplacement Services. [[Verso:Organization]] will provide Employee with outplacement services using a provider selected by [[Verso:Organization]] in its reasonable discretion and paid for in full by [[Verso:Organization]], # for eighteen (18) months or # if shorter, until Employee becomes re-employed with another employer.

Outplacement Services. The Company will provide the Executive with outplacement services through an outplacement services firm selected by the Company with the Executive’s approval, which shall not be withheld if the firm selected is reputable, at a cost not to exceed an amount equal to $25,000. The timing of outplacement services to be received shall be determined by the Executive, provided that all costs under this subsection must be incurred, and all applicable payments to the outplacement firm made, not later than the last day of the second year following that in which the Date of Termination occurred.

Outplacement Services. In the event the Executive is terminated by the Company (other than for Cause, Disability or Death), or the Executive terminates employment for Good Reason, within 24 months following the Change in Control Date, the Company shall provide outplacement services through one or more outside firms of the Executive’s choosing up to an aggregate of $25,000, with such services to extend until the first to occur of # 12 months following the termination of Executive’s employment, or # the date the Executive secures full time employment.
