Outplacement Counseling. The Company shall provide the Employee with reasonable executive outplacement services, in accordance with Company policies for senior executives as in effect on the Termination Date.

AAR will make available to you career counseling and outplacement services with a firm of our choosing at a price not to exceed ​.

Outplacement Services. Outplacement services approved by the Committee, which may include individual or group counseling and administrative assistance or workshops, shall be available beginning on the Participant’s Date of Termination or such earlier date designated by the Participant’s business unit leadership. Outplacement services shall continue to be available for the period up to 12 months.

Section # Outplacement Services. If requested by Severed Employee, Employer shall provide Severed Employee with reasonable outplacement counseling and services through an outplacement specialty firm designated by Employer at the Employer’s expense. Severed Employee may utilize the outplacement services until the earlier of # Severed Employee’s obtainment of other employment (full-time or part-time), or # the expiration of the number of months identified on the attached [Schedule A] from the date Severed Employee begins utilizing the outplacement services.

Outplacement. In satisfaction of the provisions of [Section 4.02(c)] of the Severance Plan, the Company shall arrange for Executive to receive outplacement services or executive recruiting services provided by a professional outplacement provider or executive recruiter at a cost to the Company not to exceed ​, to be provided not later than ​.

Financial Counseling. For a one-year period after termination of employment, NWL shall provide the Executive with professional financial counseling services comparable in scope and value to the financial counseling services made available to the Executive immediately prior to such termination of employment and not to exceed ​.

Outplacement – The Company shall provide EMPLOYEE with six (6) months of outplacement support services at a cost of up to ​.

outplacement assistance, subject to and as limited by the terms and conditions of the Company’s agreement with its third party outplacement provider.

#​ will provide Spethmann with outplacement assistance through a mutually agreed upon provider. The maximum amount ​ will pay for such outplacement assistance is ​, and any and all payments for such outplacement services will be made by ​ directly to the provider, following ​’s receipt of appropriate documentation. Spethmann will have a period of one (1) year from the Effective Date to utilize this outplacement assistance.

Outplacement Services shall commence immediately upon the Executive’s Date of Termination, provided however if an executed Separation Agreement and Release has not become fully effective within the Release Period, Outplacement Services shall immediately cease and the Executive shall be obligated to promptly repay ​ any previously made Outplacement Payments.
