Section # Transitional Assistance. The Employers shall provide each Participant with transitional assistance if and only to the extent set forth in the applicable Schedule. The Participant must start the transitional assistance process within sixty (60) days of the Termination Date. In no event shall any Participant be entitled to receive cash or other benefits in lieu of such transitional assistance.

Section # Transitional Assistance. The Employers shall provide each ParticipantQualifying Employee with transitional assistance only if and only to the extent set forth in the applicable Schedule. The ParticipantQualifying Employee must start the transitional assistance process within sixty (60)60 days of the Termination Date. In no event shall any ParticipantQualifying Employee be entitled to receive cash or other benefits in lieu of such transitional assistance.

Section # Transitional Assistance. The EmployersAssistance: Each Participant covered by this Schedule shall provide each Participant withreceive transitional assistance if and only tounder an executive program as provided for in [Section 4.4], at the extent set forth inexpense of the applicable Schedule. The Participant must start the transitional assistance process withinEmployers, for a period of not more than 12 months, beginning not later than sixty (60) days ofafter the Participant's Termination Date. In no event shall any Participant be entitled to receive cash or other benefits in lieu of such transitional assistance.

Transitional Assistance. The EmployersAssistance: Each Qualifying Employee covered by this Schedule shall provide each Participant withreceive transitional assistance if and only tounder an executive program, at the extent set forth in the applicable Schedule. The Participant must start the transitional assistance process within sixty (60) daysexpense of the Employers, for a period of not more than six months, beginning not later than 60 days after the Qualifying Employee’s Termination Date. In no event shall any Participant be entitled to receive cash or other benefits in lieu of such transitional assistance.
