Outplacement Assistance contract clause examples

Outplacement Assistance. The Company shall provide outplacement assistance to the Participant through an outside management consulting firm selected by the Company and at the sole cost of the Company. The Company has the sole discretion to select the level of service and the firm selected for these services.

Outplacement. If so requested by the Executive, outplacement services shall be provided by a professional outplacement provider selected by the Executive at a cost consistent with the Company’s then-current policy and/or common practice.

Outplacement Assistance. If Blanchard signs and does not revoke his signature on the General Release attached as [Exhibit A], as a Transition Payment, Panhandle will pay an additional sum for Blanchard to receive outplacement services from a provider selected by Panhandle. Panhandle will pay the outplacement services company directly, and the total cost of services shall not exceed Thirty Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000).

Outplacement Assistance. Up to six (6) months of outplacement assistance from an outplacement assistance firm approved by the Company. All costs under this Section 6(a)(iii) must be incurred during the period beginning with the date of Executive’s separation from service and ending not later than the last day of the year following that in which the Executive’s separation from service occurs, and will be paid not later than sixty (60) days after the expense is incurred and billed to the Company.

Outplacement. In [[ViewRay:Organization]]’s sole discretion based on the circumstances of Employee’s termination, Employee may be eligible for up to maximum of $10,000 in outplacement related

payment for executive outplacement assistance services with the Company’s then current outplacement services vendor and in accordance with the Company’s then current policies and practices with respect to outplacement assistance for other executives of the Company for up to twelve (12) months after the termination date.

Outplacement Assistance. The Company shall pay, on behalf of the Participant, the fees due to a third-party outplacement services agency to provide outplacement services to the Participant for up to three months following the date of the Participant’s Qualifying Termination (regardless of the Participant’s Tier), which services shall be completed no later than six months following the date of the Participant’s Qualifying Termination.

Outplacement. If Executive is terminated without Cause or resigns for Good Reason, the Company will pay for outplacement services by the vendor of Executive’s choice for one (1) year.

You will be entitled to outplacement assistance services commensurate with your title as of your termination date and prior to any reduction that constitutes Constructive Termination, as is set forth in Appendix A [[Address A:Address]] Appendix B, as applicable. The Employer shall cover the costs associated with the outplacement assistance services you are entitled to receive under this Plan.
