Facility Documents. The Facility Documents duly executed by the parties thereto.

Other Facility Documents. Each representation and warranty made by the Master Servicer under each other Facility Document to which it is a party is true and correct in all material respects as of the date when made.

“The Companies (as indicated below) have entered into or shall enter into the following documents in relation to the Facility:
