Other Defined Terms. The following terms have the meanings set forth in the Sections set forth below:

Other Defined Terms. In addition to the terms defined in [Section 1.1] and [Section 1.2], as used in this Agreement, other capitalized terms contained in this Agreement shall have the meanings assigned to them.
