Other Covenants. [[Company:Organization]] or any of [[Subsidiaries:Organization]] shall default in the observance or performance of any covenant or agreement # contained in Sections 6.03, 6.05, 6.08, 6.09 or 6.14 and such default shall continue unremedied for a period of 10 days or # contained in this Agreement or in any other Loan Document not referred to in preceding clause (i) or [clause (c) of this Article VII] and such default shall continue unremedied for a period of 30 days after the earlier of written notice thereof to [[Company:Organization]] or knowledge of a Responsible Officer of [[Company:Organization]]; or

Other Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any other term or covenant contained in this Agreement or any Loan Document, and such default shall continue unremedied for a period of # 10 days, in the case such default arises under Section ‎6.03(b) or ‎6.03(c), or (ii) 30 days, in the case of any other such default, after the date upon which written notice thereof is given to the Company by the Administrative Agent or any Bank; or

Breaches of Other Covenants. Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries shall fail to perform or observe # any of the covenants or agreements contained in [Sections 6.01, 6.02, 6.03, 6.05, 6.06, 6.08, 6.09, 6.12, 6.13, 6.14]4]4]4]4]4]4]4] or Article 7 hereof or # any other covenant, or agreement contained in any Transaction Document (other than the other Events of Default specified in this Article 9) and such failure remains unremedied for twenty (20) days from the earlier of # the date on which the Agent has given Borrower written notice of such failure and # the date on which Borrower knew or should have known of such failure; or

default shall be made in the due observance or performance by the Company or any Subsidiary of any covenant, condition or agreement contained in [Section 5.05(a)], [Section 5.07], [Article 6] or [Article 7] and such default shall continue unremedied for a period of five Business Days after the earlier of # a Financial Officer of the Company becoming aware thereof and # notice thereof from the Administrative Agent or any Lender to the Company;
