Other Benefit Plans. Employee shall be eligible to participate in any and all other employee benefit plans, health plans, or arrangements, if any, made available from time to time by the Company to its employees to the extent Employee meets the eligibility requirements to receive such benefits. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to or shall in any way restrict the Company’s right to, or not to, offer, amend, modify or terminate any of its benefits or benefit plans during the terms of Employee’s employment.

Benefits. During Employee’s employment with the Company, Employee shall be eligibleentitled to participate in any and all other employee benefit plans, health plans, or arrangements, if any, made availablepractices, and programs maintained by the Company, as in effect from time to time by(collectively, “Employee Benefit Plans”), on a basis which is no less favorable than is provided to other similarly situated employees of the Company to its employeesCompany, to the extent consistent with applicable law and the terms of the applicable Employee meetsBenefit Plans. The Company reserves the eligibility requirementsright to receive such benefits.
