Other. The Borrower will furnish to the Administrative Agent and each Lender promptly, from time to time, such other information, documents, records or reports respecting the Collateral or the condition or operations, financial or otherwise, of the Borrower or [[Regional Management:Organization]] as the Administrative Agent or a Lender may from time to time reasonably request in order to protect the interests of the Secured Parties under or as contemplated by this Agreement.

Other. The Servicer will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Administrative Agent and each Lender, promptly, from time to time, such other information, documents, records or reports respecting the Collateral or the condition or operations, financial or otherwise, of the Borrower, the Servicer or an Originator as the Administrative Agent or a Lender may from time to time reasonably request in order to protect the interests of the Secured Parties under or as contemplated by this Agreement.

Other. The Borrower will furnish to the Administrative Agent and each Lender promptly, from time to time, such other information, documents, records or reports respecting the Collateral or the condition or operations, financial or otherwise, of the Borrower or [[Regional Management:Organization]] as the Administrative Agent or a Lender may from time to time reasonably request in order to protect the interests of the Secured Parties under or as contemplated by this Agreement.

Balance to close (not including Buyer's closing costs, prepaid items, and prorations) to be paid at closing by wire transfer or other Collected funds $

Other. The Servicer will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Administrative Agent and each Lender, promptly, from time to time, such other information, documents, records or reports respecting the Collateral or the condition or operations, financial or otherwise, of the Borrower, the Servicer or an Originator as the Administrative Agent or a Lender may from time to time reasonably request in order to protect the interests of the Secured Parties under or as contemplated by this Agreement.

Other. Promptly, from time to time, such other information, documents, records or reports respecting the Receivables or the conditions or operations, financial or otherwise, of such Originator as the Company, the Lenders or the Administrator may from time to time reasonably request in order to protect the interests of the Company, the Lenders or the Administrator under or as contemplated by the Transaction Documents.

Other. The Borrower will furnish to the Administrative Agent and each Lender promptly, from time to time, such other information, documents, records or reports respecting the Collateral or the condition or operations, financial or otherwise, of the Borrower or [[Regional Management:Organization]] as the Administrative Agent or a Lender may from time to time reasonably request in order to protect the interests of the Secured Parties under or as contemplated by this Agreement.

Other. Provider shall have no responsibility or liability to pay for any Taxes now or hereafter imposed on the BFA Recipients or on Provider with respect to the Cash Assets of any BFA Recipient by the tax laws of the United States (or of any state or political subdivision thereof) or any other political jurisdiction.

Other. The Servicer will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Administrative Agent and each Lender, promptly, from time to time, such other information, documents, records or reports respecting the Collateral or the condition or operations, financial or otherwise, of the Borrower, the Servicer or an Originator as the Administrative Agent or a Lender may from time to time reasonably request in order to protect the interests of the Secured Parties under or as contemplated by this Agreement.

Other. Executive acknowledges and agrees that the Discretionary Contributions described in this Section 2.4 are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to Employer Discretionary Deferrals under the DCP.
