Where this Agreement is terminated by [[Organization A:Organization]] pursuant to Section 9.2(b), [[Organization A:Organization]] will be entitled, at its option, to fill or cancel any Purchase Orders that were submitted by [[Organization B:Organization]] prior to such termination. If [[Organization A:Organization]] elects to fill any such Purchase Orders, [[Organization A:Organization]] shall use commercially reasonable efforts to fill any such Purchase Orders. If [[Organization A:Organization]] elects not to fill any such Purchase Orders, [[Organization B:Organization]] shall reimburse [[Organization A:Organization]] for the costs (including, but not limited to, raw material costs) incurred in connection with Purchase Orders that [[Organization A:Organization]] had started to supply prior to the termination of this Agreement and that are canceled by [[Organization A:Organization]] pursuant to this Section 10.2(a).

Where this Agreement is terminated by [[Organization B:Organization]] pursuant to [Section 9.2(b), or 9.2(c)], then [[Organization B:Organization]] shall be entitled, at its option, to cancel any Purchase Orders that were submitted by [[Organization B:Organization]] prior to such termination, or to have such Purchase Orders filled by [[Organization A:Organization]].
