judgments or orders (other than judgments or orders in respect of Non-recourse Debt) for the payment of money exceeding $150,000,000 in aggregate amount shall be rendered against the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower and either # enforcement proceedings shall have been commenced by any creditor upon such judgments or orders or # such judgments or orders shall continue unsatisfied and unstayed for a period of 30 days;

one or more judgments or orders for the payment of money in an aggregate amount in excess of $500,000.00 (after taking into account the application of insurance proceeds) shall be rendered against any Loan Party or any Subsidiary of a Loan Party and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied and unstayed for a period of 30 days; or

any final judgment or order by a Government Authority (which cannot be contested by appropriate proceedings) for the payment of money less any insurance proceeds covering such settlements or judgments which are received or as to which the insurance carriers admit liability, in excess of $2,000,000 in the aggregate (but not including in such aggregate, amounts paid, or appealed as contemplated by this subsection) shall be rendered against the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, and either # enforcement proceedings shall have been commenced by any creditor upon such judgment or order as a result of nonpayment of such judgment or order in a timely manner or # there shall be a period of 30 consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect; or

Judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $100,000,000 in the aggregate shall be rendered against the Borrower or any of its Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries and either # enforcement proceedings to attach or levy upon any assets of the Borrower or its Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries shall have been commenced by any creditor to enforce such judgment or order or # such judgment or order shall not be discharged and there shall be any period of 45 consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect; provided, however, that any such judgment or order shall not be subject to this [Section 6.01(f)] to the extent and for so long as # the amount of such judgment or order is covered by a valid and binding policy of insurance between the defendant and the insurer covering payment thereof and # such insurer, which shall be rated at least “A-” by A.M. Best Company, has been notified of, and has not denied in writing the claim made for payment of, the amount of such judgment or order; or

one (1) or more judgments for the payment of money in an aggregate amount in excess of $20,000,000 shall be rendered against the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries (other than Immaterial Subsidiaries) or any combination thereof and # if not covered by insurance, the same shall remain undischarged for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days following the entry of such judgment during which sixty (60) day period such judgment shall not have been vacated, stayed, discharged or bonded pending appeal, or # any action shall be legally taken by a judgment creditor to attach or levy upon any assets of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries (other than Immaterial Subsidiaries) to enforce any such judgment;

Any judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $200,000,000 shall be rendered against the [[Organization A:Organization]] or any of its Subsidiaries and either # enforcement proceedings shall have been commenced by any creditor upon such judgment or order and such proceedings shall not have been stayed or # there shall be any period of 30 consecutive days during which such judgment or order shall remain unpaid and a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect; or

one or more judgments for the payment of money in excess of $100,000,000 in the aggregate shall be rendered against the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary or any combination thereof (to the extent not paid or covered by a reputable and solvent independent third-party insurance company which has not disputed coverage) and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of 30 consecutive days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed, or any action shall be legally taken by a judgment creditor to attach or levy upon any assets of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to enforce any such judgment and such action shall not be stayed;

one or more final judgments requiring the payment of money in an aggregate amount in excess of $200,000,000 (other than any such judgment covered by insurance to the extent the insurer has been notified thereof in writing and has not denied liability therefor), shall be rendered against the Borrower, any Material Restricted Subsidiary or any combination thereof and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of 60 consecutive days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed, or any action shall be legally taken by a judgment creditor to attach or levy upon any assets of the Borrower or any Material Restricted Subsidiary to enforce any such judgment;

one or more judgments for the payment of money in an aggregate amount in excess of $150,000,000 (to the extent not paid, fully bonded or covered by insurance or a third party indemnity) shall be rendered against the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any combination thereof and the same shall remain undischarged, unvacated or undismissed for a period of 60 consecutive days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed (by reason of pending appeal or otherwise), or any action shall be legally taken by a judgment creditor to attach or levy upon any assets of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to enforce any such judgment and such action shall not have been stayed;

Judgments. There is entered against The Borrower or any Significant Subsidiary # one or more final judgments or orders for the payment of money in an aggregate amount (as to all such judgments and orders) exceeding $30,000,000 (to the extent not covered by independent third-party insurance as to which the insurer does not dispute coverage), or # any one or more non-monetary final judgments that have, or could reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect and, in either case, # enforcement proceedings are commenced by any creditor upon such judgment or order, or # there is a period of thirty (30) consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, is not in effect; or

Judgments. A final judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) (that is not covered by insurance) shall be rendered against Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of thirty (30) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed, or any judgment, writ, assessment, warrant of attachment, or execution or similar process shall be issued or levied against a substantial part of the property of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and such judgment, writ, or similar process shall not be released, stayed, vacated or otherwise dismissed within thirty (30) days after issue or levy; or
