Termination Upon Expiration of Option Term. The Options shall terminate and expire in their entirety on the Option Expiration Date. In no event may Participant exercise the Options after the Option Expiration Date, even if the application of another provision of this [Section 5] may result in an extension of the exercise period for the Options beyond the Option Expiration Date.

Expiration of Term. Should the option granted herein not be exercised by the Expiration Date, this option will terminate;

Each Option will terminate not later than the expiration date specified in the Award Agreement pertaining to such Option, provided that the expiration date with respect to an Option shall not be later than the 10th anniversary of its Award Date.

In no event may this Option be exercised after the Term/Expiration Date of this Option as set forth in the Grant Notice.

“Offer Period” means the period commencing on the date hereof to and including the date that is five (5) years prior to the New Expiration Date (or five (5) years prior to the expiration of the First Extension Term (if Tenant shall have exercised the First Extension Option) or five (5) years prior to the expiration of the Second Extension Term (if Tenant shall have exercised the Second Extension Option), as applicable).

Section # Expiration of Options and SARs. No Option or SAR may be exercised after the expiration of ten (10) years from the date the Option or SAR was granted, unless a longer or shorter period is set forth in the Award Agreement.
