Sponsor shall make available to the Company, at ​ (or any successor location of Sponsor), certain office space, utilities, secretarial support and administrative services as may be reasonably required by the Company. In exchange therefor, the Company shall pay Sponsor the sum of ​ per month on the Listing Date and continuing monthly thereafter until the Termination Date; and

“Management Services” shall mean the comprehensive business management, administration and support services relating to the non-professional business functions and affairs of Provider that Manager shall provide to or for the benefit of Provider, including, without limitation, the provision of equipment, furniture, fixtures, supplies, support services, non-professional personnel, office space, management, administration, financial record keeping and reporting, filing, scheduling, and other business office services all as more fully described in this Agreement.

Provide or arrange for any administrative services and items, legal and other services, office space, office furnishings, personnel and other overhead items necessary and incidental to GSD’s business and operations;

Rooftop Space. Tenant hereby acknowledges that to the extent either # any portion of the Tenant Improvements, or # any of Tenant's equipment installed in the Premises, requires a portion of the roof to be utilized by Tenant, that Tenant shall only be permitted to utilize that certain portion of the roof as designated on [Schedule 4] to this [Exhibit B] (the "Rooftop Space").

Support Services. During the Agreed Service Period, the Company will provide to Warnke, at no cost to him, office, telephone, computer, and secretarial services to the extent appropriate to enable him to perform his services as non-executive Chairman of the Board and the Other Services.
