Office Space and Administrative Support. During the Term, the Company shall furnish Executive with office space, equipment, supplies and such other facilities and personnel at the Company’s headquarters commensurate with Executive’s position.

Office; Administrative Support; Expense Reimbursement. During the Term, the Company shall provide [[Mr. Kanas:Person]] with # an office at a location in New York, New York as selected by the Company (to be located at 135 East 57th Street), # administrative support provided by [[Mr. Kanas:Person]]' assistant as of immediately prior to the Effective Date (or such replacement as [[Mr. Kanas:Person]] may select upon his current assistant's retirement or termination) on the same basis as provided to [[Mr. Kanas:Person]] prior to the Effective Date, which assistant shall remain an employee of the Company and receive compensation and benefits consistent with past practice, and # business travel and entertainment expense reimbursement consistent with the policies applicable to senior executives of the Company as in effect from time to time.

No Office Space. CONSULTANT understands and agrees that CONSULTANT will not be provided with a regular office at ​; however, CONSULTANT will be entitled to continue using CONSULTANT’s ​-issued laptop and mobile phone during the Term with reasonable access to ​ information systems to allow CONSULTANT to perform the Services.

This SOW provides details of the licensed cleanroom space, office space, support services and the related inclusions.

Administrative Agent's Office. The Administrative Agent hereby designates its office located at the address set forth above, or any subsequent office which shall have been specified for such purpose by written notice to the Borrower and Lenders, as the Administrative Agent's Office referred to herein, to which payments due are to be made and at which Loans will be disbursed and Letters of Credit requested.

Office and Support Staff. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to exclusive personal secretarial and other assistance, at least equal to the most favorable of the foregoing provided to the Executive by the Company and its Affiliated Companies at any time during the 90-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as provided generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its Affiliated Companies.

“Management Services” shall mean the comprehensive business management, administration and support services relating to the non-professional business functions and affairs of Provider’s Biomedical Laboratories and related Provider Headquarters functions that Manager shall provide to or for the benefit of Provider’s Wound Care Business, including, without limitation, the provision of equipment, furniture, fixtures, supplies, support services, non-professional personnel, office space, management, administration, financial record keeping and reporting, filing, scheduling, and other business office services all as more fully described in this Agreement.

Provide or arrange for administrative services and items, legal and other services, office space, office furnishings, personnel and other overhead items necessary and incidental to the Company’s business and operations;

Rooftop Space. Tenant hereby acknowledges that to the extent either # any portion of the Tenant Improvements, or # any of Tenant's equipment installed in the Premises, requires a portion of the roof to be utilized by Tenant, that Tenant shall only be permitted to utilize that certain portion of the roof as designated on [Schedule 4] to this Exhibit B (the "Rooftop Space").

Offer Space. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, [[Organization A:Organization]] and [[Organization B:Organization]] acknowledge and agree that neither the Phase 1 Expansion Space nor the Phase 2 Expansion Space is contiguous Offer Space (as defined in the Lease) subject to the expansion rights set forth in [Article 36] of the Lease.
