Office of Foreign Assets Control. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary nor, to the Company's knowledge, any director, officer, agent, employee or affiliate of the Company or any Subsidiary is currently subject to any U.S. sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Treasury Department (“OFAC”).

“OFAC” means the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Treasury Department.

“OFAC” means the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control.

This Policy addresses compliance with US economic sanctions administered by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) and applicable economic sanctions administered by other regulatory authorities in the US and other countries.

“Sanctions”: economic or financial sanctions, restrictive measures or trade embargoes enacted, imposed, administered or enforced from time to time by # the U.S. government, including those administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control

“Sanctions Authority” means the United States (including, the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the U.S. Department of State), the United Kingdom (including, His Majesty’s Treasury), the European Union and any EU member state, the United Nations Security Council, and any other sanctions authority applicable to a Party or this Agreement.
