Release of Obligors. Any full or partial release of the liability of the Borrower or any other Loan Party on the Obligations or any part thereof, of any [[Organization A:Organization]], or any other Person now or hereafter liable, whether directly or indirectly, jointly, severally, or jointly and severally, to pay, perform, Guarantee or assure the payment of the Obligations or any part thereof, it being recognized, acknowledged and agreed by each Guarantor that such Guarantor may be required to pay the Obligations in full without assistance or support of any other Person, and no Guarantor has been induced to enter into this Article VIII on the basis of a contemplation, belief, understanding or agreement that other parties other than the Borrower and the other Loan Parties will be liable to perform the Obligations, or [[Organization B:Organization]] will look to other parties to perform the Obligations; # Other Security. The taking or accepting of any other security, collateral or guaranty, or other assurance of payment, for all or any part of the Obligations;

Representations as to Foreign Obligors Each of ​ and each Foreign Obligor represents and warrants to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders that:

Actions Required by the Obligors. Each of the Obligors agrees to # do and perform any and all acts and things which may be required on its part to enable each Pari Passu Creditor to perform its respective obligations under this Agreement, and # refrain from doing any act or thing which would cause or contribute to a violation by any Pari Passu Creditor of any of its obligations hereunder.

Actions Required by the Obligors. Each of the Obligors agrees to # do and perform any and all acts and things which may be required on its part to enable each Aegis and each ​-District [[Organization F:Organization]] to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement, and # refrain from doing any act or thing which would cause or contribute to a violation by Aegis or any ​-District [[Organization F:Organization]] of any of its obligations hereunder.

Notice to Agents and Obligors. The Seller will direct any agent, administrative agent or obligor for any Loan Asset included in the Transferred Assets to remit all payments and collections with respect to such Loan Asset directly to the relevant Collection Account.

Representations and Warranties of the Obligors. The representations and warranties of the Obligors in this Agreement shall be correct when made and at the time of the Closing.

Change in Payment Instructions to Obligors. The Servicer shall not make any change in its instructions to the Obligors regarding payments to be made to the Borrower, the Servicer or a Subservicer, unless the Administrative Agent (acting at the direction of the Required Lenders) has consented to such change and has received duly executed documentation related thereto, provided that the option to accept ACH payments or debit card payments from the related Obligors will not be deemed a change in payment instructions for purposes of this [Section 6.05(d)].

Change in Payment Instructions to Obligors. Neither the SPV nor the Master Servicer shall add or terminate any bank as a Blocked Account Bank or any account as a Blocked Account to or from those listed in [Schedule 4.1(s)] or make any change in its instructions to Obligors regarding payments to be made to any Blocked Account, unless # such instructions are to deposit such payments to another existing Blocked Account or to the Collection Account or # the Administrative Agent shall have received written notice of such addition, termination or change at least ten (10) days prior thereto and the Administrative Agent shall have received a Blocked Account Agreement executed by each new Blocked Account Bank or an existing Blocked Account Bank with respect to each new Blocked Account, as applicable.
