Objectionable Name. To the extent the Original Tenant or a Permitted Transferee Assignee desires to change the name and/or logo set forth on the Tenant’s Signage, such name and/or logo shall not have a name which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "Objectionable Name"). The parties hereby agree that the name "[[Organization B:Organization]]" or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed an Objectionable Name.

Objectionable Name. Tenant's Signage shall not include a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which as reasonably determined by Landlord is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "Objectionable Name"). Landlord hereby agrees that the following name, or any reasonable derivation thereof, is not an Objectionable Name: "Unity Biotechnology."

Objectionable Name. Tenant's Signage shall not have a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "Objectionable Name"). The parties hereby agree that the following name, or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals."

Objectionable Name. Tenant's Signage shall not include a name or logo that relates to an entity that is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, that is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or that would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "Objectionable Name"). The parties hereby agree that the following name, or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Allogene Therapeutics, Inc.."

Objectionable Name. To the extent that Tenant desires to change the name set forth on the Tenant's Signage, such name shall not have a name which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "Objectionable Name"). The parties hereby agree that the name "Nektar" or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed an Objectionable Name.

Tenant's Signage shall not include a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "Objectionable Name"). The parties hereby agree that the following name, or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "[[Organization B:Organization]]"

Landlord agrees that each of "Five Prime Therapeutics, Inc.," “Five Prime Therapeutics,” “FivePrime” and “Five Prime” and the tagline “Protein Medicines for Life” in connection with any of the foregoing is not an Objectionable Name.

Tenant's Signage shall not include a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "Objectionable Name"). The parties hereby agree that the following name, or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Nkarta, Inc."
