GENDER AND NUMBER. Except where otherwise indicated by the context, any masculine term used herein shall also include the feminine, the plural shall include the singular, and the singular shall include the plural.

Gender and Number. For purposes of the Plan, the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine, and vice versa.

Initial Deferral Election shall mean a Participant's valid initial election pursuant to [Section 9.l(b)] of the form in which his Post-2004 Benefit is to be paid.

Headings/Gender. Descriptive headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning or construction of any provision of this Agreement. Whenever the context of this Agreement shall so require, the singular shall include the plural, the male gender shall include the female gender and neuter and vice versa.

Headings; Gender. The headings of this Agreement are for convenience of reference and shall not form part of, or affect the interpretation of, this Agreement. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, each pronoun herein shall be deemed to include the

This Agreement shall be read with such changes in gender or number as the context shall require.
