Nuisance contract clause examples

Nuisance. Tenant will not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises which will in any way obstruct or interfere with the operation of the Project or with the rights of other tenants or occupants of the Project or injure, disturb or annoy other tenants or occupants of the Project.

The Lessee shall not use or permit the Land to be used or permit anything to be done on the Land which would in any way violate any permit to occupy or use the Land or which may cause structural injury to any part of the Land or the Building or which may constitute a public or private nuisance or waste.

Common law and tort claims, including public nuisance, nuisance per se, trespass, and negligence, based on Covered Conduct not Known as of the Effective Date.

Waste or Nuisance. Tenant shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste upon the Leased Premises, or any nuisance, or other act or thing which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant or occupant of the Complex in which the Leased Premises are located.

The Lessee shall not use or permit the Premises to be used or permit anything to be done on the Premises which would in any way violate any permit to occupy or use the Premises or which may cause structural injury to any part of the Premises or which may constitute a public or private nuisance or waste.

Section # Control of Nuisance Animals. The parties acknowledge that nuisance animals, including without limitation wild hogs, are a nuisance and an expensive problem for Landlord’s agricultural activities. Notwithstanding any other provision contained herein, Landlord retains the right to control nuisance animals on the Premises, by whatever means is considered necessary by Landlord. For purposes of this Lease, the term “nuisance animals” shall initially be limited to hogs, raccoons and coyotes, but Landlord reserves the right to declare other animals to be nuisance animals. It is agreed control methods can include, but are not limited to, traps, dog hunts, and shooting by employees or agents of Landlord.

Nuisance. Tenant shall not commit any nuisance; nor make any use of the Premises which is in violation of any law or ordinance or which will invalidate the premiums for any of Landlord’s insurance; nor conduct any auction, fire, “going out of business” or bankruptcy sales.

No Waste or Nuisance. Subtenant shall not commit or suffer to be committed any physical waste upon the Subleased Premises or any nuisance or other unreasonable action which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant or occupant in the Building.

No Nuisance. Tenant shall not # do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises, or any other portion of the Project, which would injure or annoy, or obstruct or interfere with the rights of, Landlord or other occupants of the Project; # use or allow the Premises to be used in any manner inappropriate based on uses permitted in an Owner Occupied First Class Office Building, or for any objectionable purposes, or do or permit any act which in Landlord’s reasonable judgment might damage the reputation of the Project; or # cause, maintain or permit any nuisance or waste in, on or about the Premises, or any other portion of the Project.

Nuisance. Tenant shall not injure, deface or otherwise harm the Premises; nor commit any nuisance; nor permit in the Premises any vending machine (except such as is used for the sale of merchandise to employees of Tenant) or inflammable fluids or chemicals (except such as are customarily used in connection with standard office equipment or the Permitted Use); nor permit any cooking to such extent as requires special exhaust venting; nor permit the emission of any objectionable noise or odor; nor make, allow or suffer any waste; nor make any use of the Premises which is improper, offensive or contrary to any law or ordinance or which will invalidate or increase the premiums for any of Landlord’s insurance or which is liable to render necessary any alteration or addition to the Building; nor conduct any auction, fire, “going out of business” or bankruptcy sales.
