Notification of New Employer. In the event that I leave the employ of the Company, I hereby grant consent to notification by the Company to my new employer about my rights and obligations under this Agreement.

Notification of New Employer. During Executive’s employment and for a period of 24 months immediately following the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, Executive will advise the Company of any new employer of his, or any other Person for whom Executive may perform services, within 10 days after commencing to work for such employer or other Person. Executive hereby agrees to notify, and grant consent to notification by the Company to, any new employer, or other Person for whom Executive may perform services, of Executive’s obligations under this Agreement.

In the event that I leave the employ of the Company, I hereby grant consent to notification by the Company to my new employer or consulting client of my rights and obligations under this Intellectual Property Agreement.

Notification of New Employer. In the event that I leave the employ of Company, I hereby consent to the notification of my new employer of my rights and obligations under this agreement, but Company providing a copy of this Agreement or otherwise.

Notification of New Employer. In the event that Employee leaves the employ of the Company, Employee agrees to grant consent to notification by the Company to Employee’s new employer about Employee’s rights and obligations under this Agreement.

Notification of New Employer. In the event that Optionee is no longer an employee of the [[Non-Solicitation Period:Organization]], Optionee consents to notification by the [[Non-Solicitation Period:Organization]] to Optionee’s new employer or its agents regarding Optionee’s rights and obligations under this Agreement.

Notification of New Employer. In the event that I leave the employ of the Company, I hereby grant consent to notification by the Company to my new employer about my rights and obligations under this Agreement.

In the event that I leave the employ of the Company, I agree to notify my new employer about my obligations under this Agreement and hereby grant consent to notification by the Company to my new employer about my obligations under this Agreement.

NOTIFICATION OF NEW EMPLOYER. If I leave the employ of Company, I consent to the notification of my new employer of my rights and obligations under this Agreement, by Company providing a copy of this Agreement or otherwise.

Notification of New Employer. In the event that Optionee is no longer an employee of the Company, Optionee consents to notification by the Company to Optionee’s new employer or its agents regarding Optionee’s rights and obligations under this Agreement.
