Notification by Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company of each Lender’s determination under this Section no later than the date 15 days prior to the applicable Anniversary Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day).

The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender as to the effectiveness of each Commitment Increase (with each date of such effectiveness being referred to herein as a “Commitment Increase Date”), and at such time # the Total Commitments under, and for all purposes of, this Agreement shall be increased by the aggregate amount of each such Commitment Increase, # [Schedule 1.1] shall be deemed modified, without further action, to reflect the revised Total Commitments and the Commitment Percentages of the Lenders, and # this Agreement shall be deemed amended, without further action, to the extent necessary to reflect such increased Total Commitments.

Notification by Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower and each Revolving Lender and New Revolving Lender of the Revolving Lenders’ and/or New Revolving Lenders’ responses to each request made hereunder.
