Any notice to be given to the Corporation under this Award, except as required under Sections 19 and 20 below, shall be addressed to the Corporation in care of its Director of Compensation located at the World Headquarters, and any notice to be given to the Participant under the terms of this Award may be addressed to him or her at the address as it appears on the Corporation's records, or at such other address as either party may hereafter designate in writing to the other.
