Notice to Other Persons. The Borrower agrees that notices to be given to any Covenant Entity or any Loan Party under this Agreement or any other Loan Document may be given to the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of this [Section 10.02] with the same effect as if given to such other Person in accordance with the terms hereunder or thereunder.

Other Covered Persons. The Company is not aware of any person (other than any Issuer Covered Person) that has been or will be paid (directly or indirectly) remuneration for solicitation of purchasers in connection with the sale of any Securities.
