Without limiting the aggregate amountforegoing and without affecting the limitations contained herein, it is understood and agreed that the Borrower may from time to time request that an Issuing Bank issue Letters of all Unreimbursed Amounts pursuantCredit in excess of its individual L/C Sublimit in effect at the time of such request, and each Issuing Bank agrees to consider any such request in good faith. Any Letter of Credit so issued by suchan Issuing Bank in excess of its individual L/C Issuer does not exceed such L/C Issuer’sSublimit then in effect shall nonetheless constitute a Letter of Credit Commitment.for all purposes of the Credit Agreement, and shall not affect the L/C Sublimit of any other Issuing Bank, subject to the limitations on the aggregate Revolving L/C Exposure set forth in [clause (i) of this Section 2.05(b)].

Each request by the RevolvingBorrower for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit Exposure of any Revolving Lender shall not exceed its Revolvingbe deemed to be a representation by the Borrower that the L/C Credit Commitment, #Extension so requested complies with the sum ofconditions set forth in the total Revolving Credit Exposures shall not exceedproviso to the Aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments,preceding sentence. Within the foregoing limits, and #subject to the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstandingterms and conditions hereof, the Borrower’s ability to obtain Letters of Credit issued by any L/C Issuer plusshall be fully revolving, and accordingly the aggregate amount of all Unreimbursed Amounts pursuant to any LetterBorrower may, during the foregoing period, obtain Letters of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer does not exceed such L/C Issuer’s Letterto replace Letters of Credit Commitment.that have expired or that have been drawn upon and reimbursed.
