Notice of Account Designation. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Account Designation specifying the account or accounts to which the proceeds of any Loans made on or after the Closing Date are to be disbursed.

Account Designation Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received the executed Account Designation Notice in the form of [Exhibit 1.1](a) hereto.

Account Designation Letter. The Agent shall have received the executed Account Designation Letter in the form of [Exhibit 1.1](a) hereto.

Notice of Account Designation. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Account Designation specifying the account or accounts to which the proceeds of any Loans made on or after the Closing Date are to be disbursed.

Designation of Subsidiaries as Account Parties. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Agreement, including, without limitation, [Section 2.3(a)], a Letter of Credit issued hereunder may contain a statement to the effect that such Letter of Credit is issued for the account of a Subsidiary of the Company; provided that, notwithstanding such statement, the Company shall be the actual account party for all purposes of this Agreement for such Letter of Credit and such statement shall not affect the Company’s Reimbursement Obligations hereunder with respect to such Letter of Credit.

Designation of Subsidiaries as Account Parties. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Agreement, including, without limitation, [Section 2.3(a)], a Letter of Credit issued hereunder may contain a statement to the effect that such Letter of Credit is issued for the account of a Subsidiary of the Company; provided that, notwithstanding such statement, the Company shall be the actual account party for all purposes of this Agreement for such Letter of Credit and such statement shall not affect the Company’s Reimbursement Obligations hereunder with respect to such Letter of Credit.

Account Designation Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received the executed Account Designation Notice in the form of [Exhibit 1.1](a) hereto.

Account Designation Letter. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of an executed counterpart of the Account Designation Letter.
