Payment Addresses. Payments sent by check are to be made payable to “[[BCM:Organization]]” and shall be sent to the address below. If payments are sent by wire transfer, they shall be sent using wiring instructions provided in Appendix B. All payments shall reference BLG number(s) 05-078 listed on the front page of the Agreement.

The address of each Property (as defined herein) to be purchased and sold under the Agreement is set forth on Exhibit A attached thereto.

Addresses for Notices. All notices and other communications provided for hereunder shall be given in the form and manner and delivered to Agent at its address specified in the Credit Agreement, and to any of the Grantors at the notice address specified for Borrowers in the Credit Agreement, or, as to any party, at such other address as shall be designated by such party in a written notice to the other party.

Notices and Addresses. Any notice, request, instruction, waiver or other communication to be given hereunder by either Party shall be in writing and shall be considered duly delivered if personally delivered, mailed by certified mail with the postage prepaid (return receipt requested), sent by messenger or overnight delivery service, or sent by e-mail to the addresses of the Parties as follows:
