Address for Notice. All notices to the Company shall be in writing and sent to the Company’s General Counsel at the Company’s corporate headquarters. Notices to the Grantee shall be addressed to the Grantee at the address as from time to time reflected in the Company’s or Subsidiary’s employment records as the Grantee’s address.

“Project” means the multi-building project on the Property and any adjacent properties, of which the Building is a part. To the extent the Building shares certain expenses with other buildings in the Project (such as real estate taxes, landscaping expenses, costs of Maintaining any parking lots, common access drive(s), driveway(s), road(s), irrigation systems, storm water facilities, detention ponds, central utility plant and common road lighting and traffic controls), Landlord shall reasonably allocate such expenses between such buildings, excluding any expense that does not benefit all buildings in the Project but exclusively benefits just one building therein. As of the date hereof, the Project contains approximately 780,000 rentable square feet. Tenant’s Share for the Project is obtained by dividing the rentable square feet
